New Member Program

The Alpha Phi New Member Orientation Program is the first introduction to Alpha Phi for our new members. It is the first opportunity to share insight into the meaning of the organization, and the values and ideals upon which it was founded. It provides new members with an introduction to the responsibilities, expectations, and opportunities of membership. Alpha Phi education begins as a new member but is a continual process that spans over each year of membership. New member orientation should provide a brief introduction over a six-week period. The new member orientation process is designed to be positive, rewarding, and most of all FUN!
